Hi all,
Has anyone had any experience of installing an auto box in the 1275  marina "dog". Just wondering  whether I'd have to find and use the old Borg Warner Type 35 (3 forward + reverse) or if its possible to fit anything else (using an adapter plate)  that might be more readily available. I realise that its probably more common to change from auto to manual but just curious  if anyone has any knowledge of doing this.

Cheers

using an adapter plate would be the way to go i would think the old auto box's were so fuel efficient (not) and where are you going to find one
