THE DETLING KIT & SPORTS CAR SHOW
Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th April 2012 COUNTY SHOWGROUND NR MAIDSTONE KENT ME14 3JF

I am after a volunteer to help with the club pitch for Saturday 7th April. Although I may be able to get to the show early on Saturday morning or on Friday to set up, I will not be able to stay around on the Saturday - if somebody could volunteer for the job setting up on Saturday otherwise the club pitch may be taken over by overflow and people not in clubs or just using the first available empty space. I am currently able to be there on Sunday (although there is an unlikely but possible chance that an exam I have applied for may be set for that day), but if people have pitched tents on our club site during Saturday then we will not have a club pitch to use. Please let me know if you are willing to help out.
Thanks,

I don't think I will be much use in the organising department but would like to attend with my Bulldog. What about parking etc.. Do you want members to park their cars at the club site?
I look forward to meeting some of the names that appear on this website and learning more about the breed.
Regards, John.

Les is the guy that I told you about John who lives in the same ccounty as you. He knows many things about kit cars but don't let him near yours with that jigsaw. Wink

If you are coming in your Pilgrim just turn up on the day and search for our club pitch - I have not received details of the pitch we have been allocated yet but keep your eyes on this website and I will let everyone know as soon as I know. Joe Public go to the public car park and pay an entry fee. Drivers of kit cars get in free usually - again I will put details up when they arrive - I have requested a club pitch and awaiting reply hopefully soon.

As Ian says, no booking is required - from what I've been told in response to my queries - unless  you want a 'pitch' inside the building; you don't even need to book camping - just "pay on the door".
