hi,is there any one out there can tell me how to cut a sheet of perspex without it splitting

When I have had to do this in the past I've scored both sides with a stanley knife first then used a very fine bladed hacksaw or jigsaw. Another tip is to put adhesive tape both sides of the surface as well. I.E tape the proposed cut line and then score with the stanley knife.

Good advice. Whatever you do, don't use a jigsaw. All it will do is cut it then weld it back together again in a mess.
Support either side of the cut line extremely well and saw slowly with a very find blade. I have used a sheet metal panel saw in the past to good effect on large pieces of perspex. Cracking is the biggest problem, and a fine blade helps.

i have used a jig saw on verry slow speed with fine blade just dont force it let the tool do the work
