I found it just by searching for "Pilgrim" in cars and vehicles for sale. You can cut and paste the number into the search box and it will go straight to the item.
It must have been frustrating for the guy to sell the car only to have the buyer not complete the deal. Buyer was in Italy, so maybe there is good logic for insisting on UK Buyers only.

The FT was a bit bigger and substantial all round with "real" doors, wind up windows, four seats, and it looks a lot more chunky than the Bulldog. Why it still is not in production now still is a mystery to me. No it's not, everybodys favourites seem to be 7alikes and cobralikes. Den needed to sell a lot and he did not - so it was not worth developing. Just imagine if he had - a real cracking Beemer or Jag based FT.........

Yes either the FT or 'standard' Bulldog cry out to be developed using BMW as a base. There is still a market, I feel, for the 30s/morgan style of car.

Well there seems to be a market, albeit limited, for cars like the Royale, however Pilgrim have always been at the lower end of the market and focussed on the first time or budget builders. Yes I know that there are a lot of very nice, well built and desirable Pilgrims out there that owners have spent small fortunes on, but facts are facts. I think that a well developed FT with BMW hardware underneath would be a good competitor for Royale, but maybe the marketplace has a pigeon hole that Pilgrim are already in, and it would be a huge mountain to climb for Den to change that perception. Don't get me wrong - I would love it! Maybe if he had to spend the time and money developing the Sumo chassis/body for BMW, the FT could piggy-back off that? I can dream!

Sold for £3038 - hope the buyer appreciates this one as the seller says £7000 spent on it on last couple of months!
Good luck to the new owner whoever you are.
