No. If you have a standing order set up then there is no need to fill in another form. The forms are only for members who don't have a standing order setup or for membership applications.

I can confirm that they did not. Renewal forms are available on this website and most people just send me their cheques with a note attached. The majority of members now pay by standing order and therefore don't require a renewal form. If anybody requires a renewal form I will be more than happy to post one to them and my contact number and email address is in The Breed should anyone want to contact me.
