a very good day.the snow has cleared, the sun shone and ive got a mac (not the computer type).
went to norwich sva,had a couple of minor fail points but i was allowed some tinkering time and came away with a pass. Smiley
a couple of phone calls and a trip to ipswich and ive now had the car inspected by dvla,new v5 and tax in the post  Grin
just got to wait for the postie and get number plates made then ill be able to annoy the neighbours Grin Grin Grin

oky dokey.been meaning to try and write a few articles for the breed but ive been a bit busy of late.no excuses now i suppose.

thanks ian.been celebrating a bit.ill get round to organising a meet soon,i have a few ideas for later in the summer.ive heard of a couple of local shows.
cars on the green in thurston the week after detling,it was a pretty good show last year.also the possibility of another show in the brandon area in early july.

Well done Simon - I guess you're feeling slightly pleased with the outcome.  Got any good hints & tips (apart from all the many photographs you've already helped me out with)?

i suppose the best advice i can give is to go over the car and do your best to cover all obvious sharp edges,also check your light positions when the car is loaded.its embarrasing failing because the fog lamp is 20mm too low Embarrassed luckily i was allowed time to move it.
 i think theres a link to the new biva regs in the kit car section on pistonheads.
